RECORD FORM FOR REPRODUCTION DOLLS
ANTIQUE DOLLS
Have you ever wanted to have some method of properly recording the techniques you used on a doll as you were making it? It's always nice to have a record of what you did, especially if somewhere down the line, (perish the thought!!) something should happen to your doll and you need to replace a part. It's also a good idea to have photos of your dolls on record so that you have proper identification. Insurance values? You bet!!! A properly filled out form could save all kinds of problems should something happen to your doll. Entered a competition and won some awards??? Why would you want to forget about that?!?!?!
By clicking on the graphic below, you will find a printable form, in PDF format. Hopefully this form will be of assistance to you in keeping a good record of your dolls and doll making!!
