Very beautiful German "Dolly Face" doll.  Open mouth with 4 porcelain teeth just peeking through.  Pierced Ears.  Slightly molded eyebrows under the painting.  The original had Sleep Eyes.  Lovely child marked Heinrich Handwerck, Simon & Halbig, 6 1/2
